To Empower Female Participants in STEM and Mechanics: To intentionally break gender stereotypes by ensuring that girls and young women are actively encouraged to learn mechanical skills, gaining the confidence to handle vehicle repairs and troubleshooting independently. To Create Inter-Club Mentorship: To create a collaborative platform between the Rotaract Club of Kandy and the Interact Club of Ranabima Royal College, allowing older members to mentor younger students in essential life skills. To Enhance Road Safety and Vehicle Preparedness: To educate attendees on the critical importance of regular fluid checks and tyre maintenance, reducing the risk of roadside emergencies and improving overall driver safety. To Cultivate a Culture of Self-Reliance: To reduce dependency on professional mechanics for minor issues by teaching participants how to repair or replace tyres and perform basic engine diagnostics.
