Club Assembly 2025-26 was organized as the official annual assembly of the Rotaract Club of Kandy with the objective of reviewing club operations, discussing organizational development, and aligning the strategicdirection of the club for the upcoming year. As part of the club’s continuing 40-year legacy, the assembly served as an important governance and decision-making platform that encouraged active member participation and transparent discussion regarding the future development of the club. The primary focus of the assembly was the review and amendment of the club bylaws for the RI Year 2025-26. Members actively participated in discussions by presenting suggestions, sharing concerns, proposing amendments, and engaging in constructive conversations regarding the structure and administration of the club. Voting sessions were conducted following the discussions in order to ensure democratic decision-making and member representation throughout the amendment process.
