The 40th Charter Celebration of the Rotaract Club of Kandy was organized as a milestone fellowship and recognition event commemorating four decades of service, leadership, impact, and fellowship since the club’s establishment in 1986. The celebration highlighted the club’s rich history, achievements, and contribution towards community service while honoring the dedication and legacy of generations of Rotaractors who shaped the club throughout the years. Held on17th May 2026 at The Grand Kandyan Hotel, the event brought together current members, alumni, Charter Members, Rotarians, and invited guests for an evening of reflection, appreciation, and celebration. The program focused on recognizing the club’s journey over the past 40 years while inspiring members to continue building a stronger future of service and leadership. As part of the celebration, special attention was given to showcasing the history and evolution of the club through public relations campaigns and commemorative content. The project’s central objective was to to celebrate the 40th Charter Anniversary of the Rotaract Club of Kandy. To recognize the contributions of past and present members. To strengthen fellowship among members, alumni, and Rotarians. To showcase the club’s history, achievements, and impact. To preserve and strengthen the legacy of the club for future generations.
